You decide who gets the alert
For every website individually: your team, your system or your customer directly. Your customers don't need an account for it.

A webhook sends every alert to your system. From there you notify your customer yourself, by email, SMS or WhatsApp in your own branding. Then LIVCK doesn't appear anywhere.

A dedicated escalation rule per website reports straight into their Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram or to their webhook. Or they subscribe to their status page, also by email.
Link the rule to the customer's tag once, for example customer:mueller. Every new website with that tag then gets it automatically.

You set up the webhook and escalation rules once in the console. They then apply to every website in your organization.
One tag per customer. Everything else falls into place.

A single location can be wrong, for example when its own network has a problem. That's why we only alert when the majority of locations sees the outage.
Each location sits in its own independent network. For every website you freely choose which ones check and how many. Via the API you can even leave the choice to your customer.
